Kuro is proud to present our Burn Plan: Black Hole! Over the next 2 years, we will be burning a certain amount each month from our ecosystem wallet, ensuring the deflationary nature of Kuro Token. We are excited to announce that the first monthly burn will take place on May 20th, coinciding with Kuro’s first month anniversary. Additionally, we have already burnt an extra 0.35% of tokens during our first few weeks thanks to our deflationary burn mechanics.
Black Hole Mechanism
An auto-burn mechanism was implemented where, out of the 5% reflections from each transaction, over 20% were distributed to the dead wallet, effectively burning them and removing them from circulation. This mechanism will play a crucial role in reducing the overall supply.
Monthly Manual Burns
As we’ve previously mentioned, each month for the next two years, we will be burning a portion of KURO from our ecosystem wallet. Additionally, our partnership with Sukai Xu enables us to conduct monthly manual burns. Sukai will integrate Kuro Token into her collections and contribute a percentage of her NFT sales commissions to the Kuro ecosystem. These tokens will be manually burned once NFT collections become available.
Burn Events
To engage our community and create excitement around Kuro Token, we will organize periodic burn events. These events could be contests, promotional campaigns, or giveaways, with a portion of the tokens allocated for these events being burnt as part of the process.
Continously Rising Price Floor
3% of every transaction fees is locked as liquidity in PancakeSwap KURO/BNB pool, creating an ever rising price floor.
Future Utility Burn
As Kuro Token expands into gaming and DeFi platforms, we plan to introduce burn mechanisms tied to the utility of the token within these ecosystems. For example, KuroSwap, creating further deflationary pressure.
Transparent Reporting
- To build trust and confidence among our token holders, we will provide regular and transparent reporting on token burns, including the total amount burnt, burn events, and the impact on the circulating supply.
